There is no need for participants to subscribe to Zoom or pay anything to Zoom.

Prior to class participation, by regulation to assure student participation, attendance, and attention, you are required to have one of the following:
Any other electronic device that has a working camera, and microphone for audio and visual participation. Smart phones are considered acceptable devices and work great as well.
*Older PC’s may not have a built-in camera. You need to purchase, in advance of class, an inexpensive (-/+ $30.00) camera that includes a microphone.
All classes will begin on time as designated. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT wait until the last minute to sign into the online webinar.
The waiting room will open ½ hour prior to class start time (I.e. the waiting room opens at 8:30 AM for classes starting at 9:00AM, and 12:00 PM for classes starting at 12:30 PM).
*Failure for participants to enter class in a timely manner may result in you having to reschedule for a later date. No cash tuition reimbursement will be allowed, only rescheduling.
Group Class Option
Consider gathering with a group. More than one person can gather in one space and share equipment with others and participate in the same class. Those who work together in one office or do not have the proper equipment can gather into one office. With this type of group setting the facility/conference room will utilize the proper equipment required for this purpose.
*Each person will need to be registered for the class and at the start of class must be accounted for in addition to classroom interaction throughout the class.
