The objective for this course is to provide a broader understanding of the nature of Errors and Omission claims and how we may protect ourselves and our policyholders. The E&O policy will be completely dissected, so that all relevant coverages will be discussed.
Particular attention will be spent discussing all declarations and endorsements. Policy exclusions (pitfalls) will be elaborated on.
Finally, thought is given to how we can avoid future Error & Omission situations, thus better serving our clientele.
